What does innovation mean to you?
It's about continuously relooking at how things are done today and trying to reimagine them in a way that generates new or incremental value.
How do you practice an innovation mindset at work?
By being open-minded, observant, and curious, irrespective of the topic.
Building a broader understanding across multiple topics often introduces fresh perspectives.
What have you learnt from failure?
Failing isn't as bad as we make it out to be in our heads. The important thing is to not forget the original intent and continue developing towards the same purpose. Also, taking a break helps!
Which innovations are you most proud of?
iPartner Customer and iPartner Handling in air cargo are industry-first partnership and collaboration platforms that started off as ideas at IBS Software a couple of years ago.
It's a matter of great pride that with the support of multiple internal teams, we've now gone live at some of the largest airlines in the world.
