COVID-19 Update

To our valued customers and partners

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all of our lives and as the world responds to this outbreak our thoughts are with the people affected and the medical teams working hard around the clock to save lives.

At IBS Software, we're working hard to do our part by ensuring the health and safety of our employees as they work remotely to support our customers and maintain a high level of service. We continue to monitor the situation closely and remain confident that we will be able to operate on a relatively normal basis, despite the constantly evolving nature of this crisis.

Our platforms power mission-critical systems at many of the world's largest and best-known airlines, airports, hotels, cruise lines and energy companies. We have adapted our business operations and continuity plans to ensure we continue to provide uninterrupted support and services. We have also been actively engaged with customers and communities to understand how we can best help in keeping things moving for customers during this challenging time. For example, as the global supply chain becomes even more critical, airlines have converted passenger aircraft for use as cargo freighters to transport medical supplies around the world. To support this, we have focused on ensuring the performance and reliability of solutions like iCargo, which are powering these initiatives.

We will continue our customer engagement and support for core systems which customers are relying on to run their businesses through these difficult times, as well as our long-term investment in products and capability that will become even more important in the post COVID-19 era.

If you feel we can help you, please reach out to your IBS Software contact.
